BoltShield® caps TYPE TD are Bolt & Threads Metal Protections which offer a full protection, as they cover both the exposed bolt threads (size HT on the chart below) and the nut (size HD).

We offer our customers standard sizes, indicated in the chart below, ranging from ½” to 4”, M12 to M100 (UN/metric ISO threads), according to the material required.

BoltShield® Type TD are also available in customised and bespoke solutions to meet all Customers’ Needs. Some example are caps to fit two hex nuts, round nuts (with our without washer); caps with extra HT length to fit wind turbine foundation anchor bolts, shorter HT length for valve applications, grease nipple and so on.

TAILOR-MADE sizes and COATINGS can be custom made upon request!
